The Rural Futures conference is led by a highly engaged planning team that understands the importance of thinking futuristically, working interdisciplinary and creating collaborations. The planning team works closely with the key advisors and the advisory committee to plan the conference that will provide insight and engaged discussions to help define the role higher education should play to support long-term positive rural futures and the formation of the Rural Futures Institute.
